Christian’s Bedroom Reveal | Teen Bedroom | Walmart

I’m so excited to share Christian’s bedroom with you! He has been constantly asking me when I’m decorating his room, so he was pretty excited that he finally has bedroom furniture and decor in there. We’re slowly making our house feel like home, and I’m so glad I now have 2 boys’ bedrooms done! If you missed it on the blog, here’s Beckham’s bedroom. I’ve also shared the moodboard for Christian’s bedroom. As you can see, I wanted this bedroom to feel like an older kids’ room with a sporty, industrial, and timeless feel.

The first thing I did was select bed furniture at Walmart, and I was SO excited that they launched the Queer Eye Collection! I’m such a huge fan of theirs and watch their show on Netflix. Their products at Walmart did not disappoint that’s for sure! I went back and forth between the Charis modern upholstered bed and the Millie metal bed. Eventually, I decided on the upholstered bed.

I thought these metal nightstands complement the bed so well. An upholstered bed feels grown-up to me, and by adding the metal, it feels more like a kids’ bedroom. Similarly, this Queer Eye Bradford metal locker end table is a great alternative!

I used Christian’s football and baseball glove as decor for his nightstand!

Christian’s favorite sport is football, and these black vintage framed prints are perfect for above the bed!

He has a good combination of throw pillows on his bed, and the charcoal plaid pillows and rectangle plaid pillow were the inspiration for his space.

The last thing I selected was the striped flat weave rug! This comes in 5 other colors, and the one I got is the ivory and grey color! In case you’re wondering about the wood accent wall, it’s actually engineered wood floors from Hallmark Floors (Ventura Seashell).
