Sharing a quick girl’s bathroom refresh!
It’s hard to believe that we moved into this house January of last year! There are certain areas and rooms in the house that I want to focus on this year, and those are the kids’ bathrooms, laundry room, powder room, and the pool house. I’m sure you have seen little glimpses of those areas on social media, and I only share a little bit of it because the rest of the room is undecorated. Today, I’m excited to share Johannah’s bathroom finally! I gave it a little refresh with the help of some Better Homes & Gardens products!
Here’s a “before” image. Her bathroom was plain and undecorated.

Most of these products for her bathroom, I ordered online and picked up at the store or had it delivered to my house. I try to avoid going into a store as much as a I can. 😉

Now for the reveal! I love how it turned out!! The beige colored rug comes in a set of two with two different rug sizes. Pictured is the bigger size, and I also bought another set because I wanted to use the same size for near the bathtub. I plan on using the smaller sizes in the pool house bathroom.

Better Homes & Gardens at Walmart has a faux marble bathroom accessories collection, and I immediately knew I’d be using those in Johannah’s bathroom. Here’s the vanity tray where she can put her jewelry and accessories.

I wanted to bring in some natural wood tones in her bathroom, so these canisters were perfect for her vanity. You can acutally use these in the kitchen if you wanted to!

Here’s the soap dispenser and soap dish that’s part of the bathroom faux marble collection.

What a difference when you put something on the wall! It makes a space so much more complete! This is a 16×20 wood frame, and I plan to buy more for my living room. Good quality and affordable price!

I used this hyacinth basket with three compartments to store toilet paper and washclothes.

The shower curtain was the main inspo for the bathroom. It’s a pretty blush color which goes real well with her vanity color.

To bring in more of the blush color, I bought her four floral towels and two hand towels. She’s ready for a friends sleepover at the house. 😉

I wasn’t kidding when I said I liked the faux marble bathroom collection. Here’s the waste basket and the toilet brush. I’m all about the details, so even the toilet brush matches. 😉

Johannah is a huge fan of oils and diffusers, so I got this woven rattan one for her bathroom.

She was also in need of some new hangers, so I got these non-slip velvet hangers for her closet. This comes in a pack of 30, so some of it will go in my closet!

Whenever I go in her bedroom, she’d have dirty clothes on the floor. It made her room look messy when all she needed was a place to put it (or just take it in the laundry room). She was pretty excited for a new hamper and laundry basket! I’m all about having items like these that match her bathroom and bedroom.

I love how her bathroom turned out, and it took me 40 minutes to decorate her bathroom which is not bad! What took me the longest was taking the old shower curtain off and putting the new one on. If you’re thinking about doing a quick bathroom refresh definitely check out the Better Homes & Gardens bathroom items!

I love the shower tile! It’s not the typical picket shape. Where did you get this and what is it called? Getting ideas for my boys’ bathroom. Thank you!

I would love to know your thoughts on Towel Bars or Towel Hooks. I don’t see one in your bathroom here, is it not photographed or do you find it looks kind of…ummmm… would you say… sloppy? I can’t find anything I like so maybe it’s best to just hamper towels after use? IDK. Would love your ideas on it.
