Sharing our spring towel refresh in the master bathroom!
I’ve shared my love of Serena & Lily bath towels here, and I am not even kidding when I say these are my favorite towels! Knowing that spring is around the corner, I wanted to get new linens for my master bathroom. I like the soft pink sand color with my blue accent shiplap wall, but I decided to go with soft blue and white for spring. White and blue is the perfect color combination especially if you like a classic coastal style. Along with towels, I also got some new items for my master bathroom! Sharing it all below!
bathtub area
I debated for the longest time whether to hang artwork on the blue shiplap wall or not, but then I saw this teak ladder, and knew it would be perfect in this space. I leaned it against the wall and put some towels on it. The teak ladder comes in different sizes 18″, 30″, or 48″ wide. This particular one shown is the 30″ one. I love the white dipped look on the bottom of the ladder! It can also be placed in the living room holding some of your favorite blankets.
The dip-dyed stool that used to be in my bathroom is now in my daughter’s bathroom as you can see here. I’ve replaced it with this new x-base woven stool! I’ve seen this type of stool placed at the end of a bed, but I wanted something by the bathtub where I can put towels and place other items while I’m taking a bath.
I wanted white towels placed on the teak ladder to give it some contrast against that blue shiplap wall, and the Healdsburg bath towels were perfect with the tassel fringe detail on the bottom. Love this textured detail! Pictured is the bath sheet and hand towels
I’ve had blue striped towels before in my bathroom, but nothing compares to the Fouta bath towels! I am not even kidding when I say that these are SUPER soft! It’s so plush! These towels come in 3 different stripe color combos, and this particular one is the coastal blue/sky. Another one I had my eye on were the smoke/fog colored towels.
Here’s the sky colored Healdsburg towels! It’s THE prettiest blue!
I have a tad obsession with lavender plants. I love the soft colors of these plants, and it gives any space that inviting feel.
Vanity area
I’m so excited to share with you our vanity area! I haven’t really shared this view before, so here it is! Our bathroom is all white except that shiplap wall, and I wanted a pop of blue by our vanity. I ended up going with this sky colored bath rug in the Healdsburg bath collection which is the same collection as the tassel fringe towels. There are 6 other colors you can choose from!
Here’s the hand towel in the sky color. If you’re interested in getting these towels as a bath set, Serena & Lily offers 3 sets, The Essential, The Luxury, and The Ultimate.
I was very excited to finally have a hamper in my bathroom! I love the color of this basket and that it has a lid. This is actually an outdoor basket, so instead of a hamper, it can also be used outside. It would be great for pool toys!
I feel like I never have time to go to the spa unless I’m on vacation, so I can just pretend while I’m wearing my new St. Helena spa robe and slippers. 🙂 My previous robe was too big on me, so I was happy about this upgrade!
What do you think of my spring towel bathroom refresh?! You can never go wrong with Serena & Lily’s bath products with it’s classic and simple style. The soft colors, the stripes, and fringe detail….yes please! I hope this gives you some inspiration if you’re looking for a little refresh in your own space.
