Sharing a review of some Serena & Lily bathroom products!
For the longest time, I had my eye on the Serena & Lily dip-dyed stools. So many people on Instagram and Pinterest had this in their bathroom, and I wanted it for myself! It looked so pretty by a freestanding tub! I finally got this stool in 2019, but I couldn’t even use it in my own house because we were still building our current house. The next best thing was to use it in Cecilia’s house! You might have remembered this blog post where I styled Cecilia’s master bathroom with the dip-dyed stools and other Serena & Lily products like the bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. I let her keep the stool while we were building, but you better believe I took it back when we moved into the new house! 😉
Here are the Serena & Lily products in my master bathroom!
Cecilia has a more modern style, but it just shows that these Serena & Lily products are versatile. It looked great in her modern bathroom with the black trim windows, white walls, and dark floor tiles, and it also looks great in my coastal farmhouse bathroom with the white trim windows, blue shiplap, and light floor tiles.
Dip-dyed stools
The dip-dyed stool comes in two sizes and two colors, white and navy. The one I have is the small size. It can be used as a side table, bath caddy, plant stand, etc. I love the stylish look of the dipped legs! I prefer the look of the white dipped stool since it matches my style more. This stool has held up really well in Cecilia’s bathroom and now my bathroom. Bash my 5-year-old son has sat on this stool, has dragged it to numerous rooms, and it’s still in great shape! One thing I wanted to note is that I don’t recommend standing on the stool. I’ve made that mistake thinking it’s fine to grab something in my closet by standing on this and let’s just say it’s not safe. 😉
Since this stool is handcrafted, each piece is one of a kind and not all stools won’t be the same. If you like the dipped and raw wood look, check out this step stool and ladder.
Healdsburg Bath Towel
The Healdsburg bath towel comes in three colors, and the one I have is the pink sand color. I love the boho look of the hand-knotted tassel fringe. It’s a solid-colored towel, but that fringe detail makes the towel stand out. We’ve had these towels for almost two years, and the fringe detail hasn’t come loose or been ruined. This towel is so soft, and I’m not even kidding when I say this towel is HUGE! I love the size of this towel! I really want to get the sky color because I think it’ll match even better in this bathroom.
Beach Club Hand Towel
These Beach Club hand towels can be seen in our powder room, pool house bathroom, and our master bathroom. I love the striped look of these towels, and I’m so bummed that they only have the washcloths available. It comes in four colors, and pictured is the pink sand color. After how many washes, this hand towel still comes out soft and plush. If you’re looking for another striped towel from Serena & Lily, check out the new Fouta bath collection! These towels have a combination of wide stripes and narrow stripes with a subtle herringbone detail.
Sonoma WAshCloth
This washcloth is part of the Sonoma bath collection. This collection has a more traditional look compared to the others. It is classic and simple, but still absorbent and quick-drying. We’ve had this for almost two years and it’s still soft and plush. The Sonoma comes in six colors, and this one is the sky color.
I hope you enjoyed this blog post! Serena & Lily products are must-haves in my eyes. Yes, it’s a bit pricey, but the style and colors of these products you can’t find anywhere else! These are also great quality items that will last you years. I’ve had these products for almost two years, and it has held up SO well!
If you have a coastal farmhouse style like myself, you going to love these in your own house. I have these in my master bathroom right now, but I can also have these in the pool house, guest bathroom, kids’ bathroom, or powder room. The dip-dyed stool can also be put in any room and not just in a bathroom.
