detox from the inside out

Niña and I started Farrell’s today, and you all know what that means?!  Time to get our booty in gear to a healthier lifestyle and a sexy body.  Bringing back our sexy mom bod!  OK, maybe not sexy but at least a body that we are happy with.

Drinking water all day is a struggle for us.  Pinterest saves the day with providing options for people like us!  We had seen a watermelon water detox recipe and HAD to try it!  It consists of water, ice cubes, watermelon, mint, and cucumbers!  It’s oh so goooood AND refreshing!!

Along with the water detox, our older sis (Nariza) came over with her daughter and made lunch for us.  Now that’s my kind of playdate!  HA!  This was so good.  Chicken breast marinated.  The salad included tomatoes, avocado, and corn.  The salad dressing included lime, honey, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.  I think we all assume if it’s healthy, it probably doesn’t taste as good.  Totally wrong!!  This was so delish!

Guess what?!  While I ate this delicious lunch, I was detoxing my skin!  I LOVE multi-masking.  I typically multi-mask on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.  My skin is totally different now in my 30’s versus how my skin was in my teens and 20’s.  I need something that can do some magic on this 34 year old skin.  I’ve seen a HUGE difference once I started using face masks.  The best part?  It does all its crazy magic in only 10 minutes with only the safest ingredients.  I usually have it on while doing something else and in this instance, it was eating.  It’s a game changer for my skin for sure.  Today, I used the #2 Plumping Mask on my forehead and the #1 Brightening Mask everywhere else.  At least once a week, I include the #3 Balancing Charcoal Mask on my nose and areas that I can REALLY see my pores. 😉 The charcoal acts like a magnet to clear out those pores!  If you have ANY questions, please reach out to me.  I love helping!

Let’s go through this mission together!!  I hope we inspire many of you, but I’m sure we’re all going to inspire each other!  It’s not easy, but we can all totally do it, right?!
