Sharing our experience at Ferguson Showroom!
I can’t believe we’ve been in our house for almost three years now. Time flies! Back in 2019, when we were building, we visited our local Ferguson Showroom to select plumbing fixtures. We chose Ferguson because we had a great experience there when we built our previous home. If you haven’t been to a Ferguson Showroom, it’s a one-stop-shop for appliances, lighting, hardware, and plumbing products. This pic was when we went to the Ferguson Showroom in 2019!
It was nice to see the fixtures in person. I liked how we could touch the item, see its true color and finish, and gauge the size. Sometimes, what you see online can be deceiving. The size, quality, and color might be different from what you expected.
The customer service was friendly, knowledgeable, and had suggestions if we were looking for different finishes or specific items within our budget. Once we picked out our fixtures, I liked how our showroom consultant sent us an image guide with all our showroom selections arranged by room. They also helped with ordering, delivery, quoting, and client coordination.
POOL HOUSE BATHROOM
Now for the reveal! I wanted to do something fun for the pool house bathroom, so I selected the Kohler Brockway 3ft. cast iron sink. Also, this bathroom doesn’t have much space for a vanity, so the Brockway sink is perfect in here!
MASTER BATHROOM
I envisioned the master bathroom to have a classic and elegant feel, so I went with the polished nickel finish of the Delta Bowery faucets and the Delta Cassidy tub filler and cross handles.
kitchen
The kitchen is the heart of the home, so I wanted the kitchen fixtures to stand out on its own. When we were building, Delta Faucet just came out with the Broderick collection, and I was OBSESSED! I went with this collection for my kitchen faucet, pot filler, and prep sink faucet in champagne bronze. It definitely makes a statement in the kitchen with its industrial style.
We didn’t plan on installing a Delta glass rinser. However, during a Zoom call where they did a virtual tour of the 2021 HGTV Dream Home, they shared a glass rinser in the kitchen. It was as a last minute decision to include the glass rinser, but I’m so glad we added it!
girls bathroom
For Johannah’s bathroom, I went with the Delta Cassidy bathtub and shower set and the Delta Cassidy two-handle widespread faucet in the champagne bronze finish. I love the old Victorian look of this collection!
laundry room
With four kids, sometimes I feel like I live in the laundry room. 😉 I wanted a faucet that was pretty, functional, and powerful when getting stains out or cleaning off the dirt off of clothing. The Kohler Tournant in the vibrant brushed moderne brass checked out all the boxes! That’s also where Rosie, our frenchie, takes a bath, so the BerrySoft® spray of the Tournant was perfect.
powder room
One of my favorite rooms in the house is the powder room, and I’ll eventually add wallpaper in here. I went a little more elegant in the powder room, so I wanted a faucet that felt more upscale. The Delta Dorval faucet was the right fit for this bathroom! I love the look of the porcelain handles with the champagne bronze finish!
