Sharing back to school supplies for your teens!
Anyone else think summer is flying by?! A part of me is sad that school is about to start, but another part of me is excited for the kids to go back to school. 😉
It’s that time during the summer when we have to think about back to school shopping. My youngest two are in elementary school, and we order the supply packs through their school. The only things we have to buy are items for their classroom like Kleenex, Clorox Wipes, sandwich baggies, or gallon sized baggies. For my other two kids that are in middle school, we have to buy notebooks, pens, pencils, and folders. We like going to Walmart for our back to school supplies!

Johannah had a Vera Bradley backpack last year, and I was so happy to see that they have Vera Bradley backpacks at Walmart.com! If your kids like Adidas and Under Armour, they have those backpacks at Walmart too!

I have a big family calendar hanging on the wall before you go into the breezeway. A big calendar is needed with four kids! I got some colored dry erase markers to color code each kids’ schedule.

Everything is written in black because I don’t want too many crazy colors on the calendar. Then, I underline the activity with a certain color depending on which kid it was for. Purple for Johannah, blue for Christian, orange for Beckham, turquoise for Bash, pink for me, and brown for Nick.

Our calendar is pretty bare right now. Eventually, it will fill up fast once we get the schedules for dance, volleyball, football, and soccer!

Walmart has a great selection of back to school items without breaking your budget! They have school supplies, tech/electronics, backpacks, lunch packs, water bottles, and more. Walmart also has a 1-click Local School Supply List which lets you find your school’s class list and add all the items in just 1 click- with free shipping or pickup.
Happy back to school shopping friends!
