We’ve been listing some awesome Valentine’s Day ideas, and now it’s time to show you what we ended up doing!
For Hendrix’s preschool class, he chose to hand out tattoos. I got everything at Target. I bought the package with 24 boxes, and each box came with 4 robot tattoos.
He was pretty excited to show his friends.
Check out his Valentine’s Day box! 10 minutes before we had to be out the door, I remembered that he was supposed to make a treat box showcasing his favorite animal. Thank goodness for scrapbook paper, sharpie, and a glue gun. I got that baby done in about 5 minutes with enough time to take some pictures of him. 🙂
For Dylan’s 4th grade class, we decided to do an “iPod” treat (Sweethearts box with Hershey kisses). I used scrapbook paper I had on hand. For the back of the iPod, I used pink paper for the girls and the blue paper for the boys.
I cut each piece 3-1/2″ x 3-7/8″.
I used a glue gun to attach it to the Sweethearts box.
For the front, I cut each piece 3-1/2″ x 2-3/8″. I then attached black raffia ribbon I had on hand to the Hershey Kisses and Sweethearts box. For the girls, “What makes me beautiful” by One Direction is “playing.”
For the boys, “Happy” by Pharrell is “playing.” When I told Dylan, I wanted pics with his treats. I love how he pretended he was listening to music.
He is excited to show his classmates.
“My friends are going to be so surprised tomorrow.” -Dylan 🙂
